“My phone says SIM card lock-1, what can I do?”

Thanks for getting in touch! SIM Card Lock-1 is a form of security on your phone. Either you have inserted a SIM that is not supported on your phone (because the phone is locked to a specific network), or you have mistyped the password too many times.

You will have to get in touch with your carrier or network to get them to give you a PUK code to unlock the SIM. You can read more about this problem here:

What do I do if my SIM card is blocked? What does “Enter PUK code” mean?
