There are several new features in Windows 7 providing parental controls.
You can limit Web browsing, the hours of computer use, games played (based on age ratings) and the programs that can be run under your child’s account, such as QuickBooks. With Windows Media Center available in the Home Premium and above editions, you can also block viewing of inappropriate TV show and movies.
