If you have forgotten your PIN, it has to be reset. Most banks will require you to come into a branch to do this. Once you have proven your identity, the bank will allow you to reset your PIN. Some banks will allow you to change your PIN over the phone or online, after answering a number of security questions. Keep in mind, once you reset your PIN, your old one will not work.
