To access your cell phone voice mail from a landline or another phone, dial your cell phone number and you will hear your voicemail message.  Interrupt the message by pressing * (AT&T or T-Mobile) or # (Verizon), then enter your voicemail PIN code.  If that does not work, try searching "calling voicemail from a landline" on your cell phone company's Web site, or call their customer service.
