How private are my emails?

tag / security - privacy - email scam - email fraud

About as private as a postcard, unless they are encrypted.  It can pass through a lot of servers on its journey, and if someone wanted to take the time they could read it.  But most of these servers are secure and maintained by IT professionals, so it would be highly unusual for an individual email to be read.  You should not send confidential information in an unencrypted email.
